Rules and conditions
The First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Quebec (FNHRDCQ) offers a free job-posting distribution service to support employability across First Nations and Inuit communities. By submitting a posting, you agree to the following rules and conditions.
Intended audience
Postings are exclusively for First Nations and Inuit communities and must have a meaningful connection to them.
Examples: a job within a community, within a First Nations or Inuit organization, or targeting this clientele.
Complete form
Fill in all fields. Any incomplete request will not be processed. Partial forms are not accepted.
Employer website
Provide the employer’s official website address. The link must be valid and functional. Incomplete submissions are refused.
Required attachment
Attach the full PDF of the job posting. The “form description” field has a character limit.
A submission without a complete PDF or with missing files will be rejected.
Review, approval and right to refuse
Each posting is reviewed and approved within 48 to 72 hours after we receive the form.
The FNHRDCQ may approve, refuse, or remove a posting at its sole discretion, without notice and with no obligation to justify its decision.
Any non-compliant or incomplete request will not be processed.
Display period
By default, a posting remains online for 30 days. Renewal is possible upon request if the position is still open. Any request to post beyond 30 days will be refused.
Mandatory respect and courtesy
We expect polite, patient, and respectful communications with our team.
Prohibited behaviours, without exception:
• insulting, aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory language
• undue pressure to fast-track approval or excessive follow-ups
• misleading content or content contrary to our mission
• harassment, mass messaging, or any inappropriate conduct
Removal without notice
The FNHRDCQ may remove a posting at any time without notice, including if the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable,
if the requester’s conduct breaches the rules of respect, or if the posting violates a law, an internal policy, or our editorial standards.
Employer responsibilities
You are responsible for content accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and notifying us if the position is filled before the end date.
No discriminatory criteria will be posted.
Limits and no guarantees
Publication does not constitute an endorsement. The FNHRDCQ does not guarantee visibility, the receipt of applications, or recruitment timelines.
Important reminder
Any request that is incomplete, non-compliant, or missing required documents will be rejected without processing.
