Atushkan Flash Interviews

Atushkan Flash Interviews Overview

Unite, share, build: strengthening the employability of First Nations and Inuit.

Atushkan Flash Interviews is a recruitment activity organized by the First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Quebec (FNHRDCQ).

On a recurring basis, employers from various sectors meet with First Nations and Inuit job seekers for short interviews held remotely (via telephone or videoconference).

The goal is to create a first professional contact, support mutual discovery, and assess the potential for collaboration. This service makes hiring more accessible and better aligned with First Nations and Inuit realities.
