Atushkan Flash Interviews
Unite, share, build: strengthening employability in First Nations and Inuit communities through fast, human and accessible connections.
A simple formula: short remote interviews to create a first professional connection between employers and job seekers from First Nations and Inuit communities.
A recruitment activity designed to make connections easier
Atushkan Flash Interviews are a recruitment activity organized by the First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Quebec (FNHRDCQ).
Every two months, employers from various sectors meet with job seekers from First Nations and Inuit communities for short remote interviews held by phone or videoconference.
The goal is to create a first professional connection, encourage meaningful exchanges and assess the potential for collaboration. This service helps make recruitment more accessible and better aligned with the realities of First Nations and Inuit communities.
