FNHRDCQ Services

The Commission offers counselling, training and development measures, and employability services to support the employment needs of First Nations and help organizations recruit in culturally safe ways.

Services for individuals and organizations

The FNHRDCQ supports First Nations members in their employability journey: career exploration, training, returning to school, or job search.

We also assist organizations seeking to welcome Indigenous employees and implement respectful, culturally safe, and adapted workplace practices.

Counselling

Counselling helps assess your situation and provide support tailored to your needs. By contacting one of our Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSC), you can arrange a confidential meeting.

Together, you will discuss the support measures most likely to help you succeed: training, returning to school, job search, transition support, and more.

To find the ETSC nearest you, visit the Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSC).

Employability Workshops

Employability workshops support job seekers at every stage of their journey: goal-setting, résumé updates, interview preparation, or adapting to the workplace.
