A day to connect.
At Université Laval, the FNHRDCQ, the Urban Services team, partners and participants came together around Mobile Services to facilitate access to resources.

Teams set up kiosks, buses arrived, and conversations began around services brought together in one place. A look back at a day of meetings, support and collaboration in the field.
It all begins with the team.
7:30 a.m. — 8:30 a.m.Starting at 7:30 a.m., the First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Quebec (FNHRDCQ) team gathered in the Université Laval parking lot. Once the equipment was ready, everyone made their way to Pavillon Alphonse-Desjardins.
The spaces and tables had been prepared the day before. This allowed the teams to focus on the final details and kiosk setup.
Around 8:30 a.m., partners were on site and putting the finishing touches on their setups. Smiles, reunions and good spirits were already setting the tone for the day.
Services to discover. People to meet.
9 a.m. · Official openingAn opening message launched the day and introduced the services and partners on site. After the opening, the teams returned to their kiosks to welcome the first participants.
A bus from the Centre de développement de la formation et de la main-d’œuvre (CDFM) in Wendake arrived with a group of students. The first conversations quickly began around the tables.

Interviews were also conducted throughout the morning. The communications team visited the kiosks to photograph partners and document the first moments of the event.
A moment to connect.
A pause during the morningDuring the morning, a meal was offered to those in attendance, with a vegetarian option available. This pause gave everyone time to recharge.
Over the meal, teams and partners continued their conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.

The day gains new momentum.
Throughout the afternoonA strong energy on site
After a quieter period, more people arrived in the afternoon. The kiosks became more active, conversations multiplied, and partners continued to inform, guide and support participants.
These meetings show the value of bringing several services together in one place: steps become simpler and resources are closer to people.
Senator Michèle Audette joins us
The day was also marked by a visit from Senator Michèle Audette. Her presence led to meaningful conversations with those on site and added another gathering moment to an already active afternoon.
The strength of coming together.
What we take awayTogether.
