Transportation Operations Coordinator
Job description
Coordinate transportation schedules and dispatch activities
Monitor driver routes and delivery timelines
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Prepare shipping and transportation documents
Track shipments and resolve operational issues
Assist with border and customs documentation
Maintain fleet and dispatch records
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company procedures
Coordinate maintenance scheduling and repair follow-ups
Support load planning and route optimization
Wages $25–$35/hour depending on the experience
Required experience and qualifications
Experience in trucking or transportation operations
Knowledge of dispatch software and transportation systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
English and French required
