Job description

🎯 Description:
Kativik Ilisarniliriniq is seeking an Office Clerk to support administrative activities at the Resource Centre. You will be responsible for preparing and circulating documents, as well as performing various general office tasks in a unique educational environment serving 14 Nunavik communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and circulate documents for the Resource Centre.

  • Assist staff with general office tasks (photocopying, filing, etc.).

  • Enter data and maintain organized records.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the service.

💰 Salary:
$24.29 to $25.32 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Full-time position, 35 hours per week.

Required experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Grade 11) or equivalent recognized by the Commission.

  • Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages: French, English, or Inuktitut.

  • Experience with data entry and office software.

  • Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
