✅Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee operational planning for sports and recreation programs

• Manage daily operations of programs and facilities

• Coordinate staff and resources to meet unit goals

• Evaluate and improve services offered to the community

• Prepare reports and make recommendations to leadership
  💰Salary: $75,036 – $84,766.50 per year (37.5 hours/week)

Required experience and qualifications

• ⭐Qualifications:

• Experience in sports and recreation management

• Skills in operational planning and team supervision

• Relevant degree in management, administration, or related field

• Strong communication and organizational skills
