Job description

Main Duties:
• Unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels
• Transport seafood products using carts to various work areas
• Prepare ice for unloading operations
• Receive, sort and clean seafood products according to species, quality and established
standards
• Prepare products for packaging or freezing
• Place products on conveyors, in baskets or on pallets as directed
• Weigh, label and move production batches
• Transport supplies, bins, containers and packaging materials
• Clean equipment, tools, containers and work surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, walkways and storage areas
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation and safety standards at all times
• Perform other duties related to seafood processing

Required experience and qualifications
