Job description

The person assigned to the position of Facilities Coordinator assists the Facilities Manager in managing operations and logistics for trucks and equipment. They support planning for the installation of equipment on trucks, assist in the execution of transport operations, help coordinate deliveries, and contribute to optimizing shipments to ensure an efficient logistics flow. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly within set deadlines and to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Required experience and qualifications

Experience in logistics, fleet management, or operations coordination.
• Knowledge of the industrial or manufacturing sector (a plus).
• Experience in enforcing workplace safety standards.
