Executive Coordinator – Strategic Support for ISO Leadership
As the Executive Coordinator (EC), you are the strategic engine behind the ISO leadership team. This is a trusted, leadership-adjacent role focused on enabling effective decision-making and maximizing the executive team’s impact. In our fast-moving environment, you exercise high-level discretion and anticipation to ensure our leadership is prepared, informed, and focused on the ISO’s mission-critical work.

The Role at a Glance
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative partnership to the leadership team, optimizing their time and resources.
Strategic Prioritization: Manage complex schedules and information flow, anticipating needs before they arise.
Decision-Making Support: Act as a central hub for data and documentation, ensuring leadership has the insights needed for sound decision-making.
Mission Enablement: Handle operational complexities so the executive team can focus on the strategic and relational work that drives the Indigenous screen sector.

Required experience and qualifications

Cultural & Community Alignment

Indigenous Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities, organizations, or governance systems—informed by lived and/or learned experience.
Mission Commitment: A deep understanding of the ISO’s unique role in the screen industry and a commitment to Indigenous storytelling.
Inclusive Qualifications: While post-secondary education is welcomed, the ISO intentionally recognizes and values expertise gained through lived experience, community-based work, cultural practice, and non-traditional professional pathways.
