Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
– Develop and implement age appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
– Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning
– Monitor and assess children’s progress and communicate updates to parents and team members
– Support children with special needs through tailored activities and accommodations
– Maintain accurate records (attendance, milestones, behavior observations)
– Collaborate with colleagues on classroom activities and school events
– Use computer tools for lesson planning, documentation, and communication
– Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Employment Conditions
* Salary offered : According to experience of / $ 18.00 to $ 30.00 – per hour
* Number of hours per week : 30 or 40 hours per week
* Job start date : As soon as possible

Required experience and qualifications

Experience
– Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred
– Classroom experience in early childhood or special education valued
– Bilingual English/French strongly preferred
– Ability to support children with disabilities or special needs
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
•- Organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities
– Basic computer literacy for educational tools and documentation

Description of Qualifications
– DEC in Early Childhood Education (3 year CEGEP diploma)
– AEC in Early Childhood Education (1,350 hours)
