Receptionist
Job description
The Secretary-Receptionist must:
· Welcome visitors and ensure that building security is respected by following the procedure for issuing access cards.
· Receive incoming telephone calls and make the required transfers.
· See to the proper management of daily and mass mailings by various couriers according to the communication policy in force.
· Handle the logistics for the reservation of rooms and manage the inventory under their responsibility.
· Take care of making photocopies, printing out documents and sending faxes, according to the requests received and the standards in force.
· Ensure the supply of printing equipment, office supplies, sanitary and cleaning products, the convenience store, the coffee machine and the postage machine, and keep an inventory of them.
· Perform various administrative and logistical tasks to support the various sectors, such as assembling documents, producing name tags, sending out invitations, or preparing attendance lists or documents for kiosks.
· Perform various secretarial activities, as needed (e.g., writing letters, providing administrative support, planning meetings, etc.).
· Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the sector and promote the maintenance of a work climate based on mutual aid, respect and collaboration (respect for procedures, values, information management, etc.).
· Support the organization’s mission by making use of their expertise in carrying out projects (one-off or special), events and activities with the FNQLHSSC as well as with external partners and committees.
Required experience and qualifications
Prerequisites and hiring conditions
· Diploma of vocational studies in office automation.
· One or two years of experience in office automation or secretarial work.
· Knowledge and understanding of First Nations cultures.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365.
· Excellent command of one of the two official languages and the other language at a functional level.

Salary
The gross annual salary ranges from $39,548.60 to $48,703.20 and varies according to the candidate’s experience.
