📌 Title: Part-Time Instructor – French as a Second Language (Intermediate Level 1)

🎯 Description:

Cégep Heritage College is seeking a part-time instructor to join a dynamic team for the delivery of a non-credit French as a Second Language (Intermediate Level 1) course as part of the Continuing Education program in Fall 2025. Courses will be delivered in person at the main campus in Gatineau.

✅ Responsibilities:

Deliver a 30-hour intermediate-level French conversation course.
Build on beginner-level skills with expanded grammar and vocabulary for more diverse everyday interactions.
Engage learners through thematic lessons and interactive activities focused on listening and speaking.
Develop and deliver all course materials.
Adapt instruction to learner needs, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with the Continuing Education Corporate Services department.

💰 Salary: $50.00 per hour

Required experience and qualifications

⭐ Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

A combination of relevant education or certification and related industry experience.
A bachelor’s degree is not required but considered an asset.
Experience teaching adult learners is an asset.
