Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSCs)

Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSCs)

Why ETSCs?
Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSCs) were created to address the unique needs of First Nations and Inuit community members, whether they live in remote areas or in urban settings.

Established through the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISET), these centres play a vital role in:

• Supporting access to employment and training opportunities for First Nations and Inuit.
• Bridging employment and skills gaps between Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations.
• Assisting employers in integrating members of First Nations and Inuit communities into their workforce.
