Clinical Advisor – Telehealth and Information Management Systems
Job description
*Contract until March 31, 2026
**35 hours per week (50% at the office and 50% teleworking)
The Clinical Advisor – Telehealth and Information Management Systems – Social Services component must:
Act as a clinical expert in social intervention by advising and supporting workers in the development and implementation of telehealth projects and information management systems, particularly in the context of electronic medical record) solution implementation. More specifically, you must:
• Promote telehealth within First Nations communities.
• Act as a clinical resource in matters of telehealth and information management systems for internal and external workers (health centres, providers, ministries, etc.).
• Participate in the development of best technological practices associated with clinical practices and the standardization of clinical content.
• Collaborate in planning the clinical component of telehealth and information management system projects and help in their deployment by supporting change management.
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge among health and social service professionals and clinicians through various activities (information or training sessions, process documentation, development of educational tools, etc.).
• Support community professionals in the optimal clinical use of telehealth and information management system functions and ensure compliance with computer security and access to information rules.
• Analyze and document telehealth and information management system projects in progress or completed and determine the parameters of the projects to be developed.
Required experience and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or any other field deemed relevant.
• Five to seven years of clinical experience and experience related to project management, change management and clinical information.
• Strong interest in using and mastering information technologies and systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of First Nations cultures are considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and at least one information management system (DME, DCI, I-CLSC, PIJ, RSIPA, etc.).
• Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel throughout Quebec to First Nations communities.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Salary
The gross annual salary is between $67,631.20 and $83,337.80 and varies according to the candidate’s experience.
