Surveillance Detection Monitor
Job description
Provides security for U.S. Government – USG facilities, employees, and family members by performing procedures to detect, recognize, and report on surveillance directed against U.S. Government facilities and/or personnel and provides support directly, or by calling for assistance. In case of an imminent attack, calls for immediate assistance and takes action to prevent injury and death to personnel, and destruction of property.
Required experience and qualifications
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one (1) year of military, policy, or private experience in the field of security is required.
EDUCATION: Completion of high school is required.
LANGUAGE:
English – limited knowledge reading/writing/speaking is required.
French – good working knowledge reading/speaking is required. “This may be tested”
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must possess a valid basic driver’s license.
