✅ Responsibilities:

• Design and execute testing strategies and plans to ensure the stability of applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution.

• Analyze risks, communicate the status of activities, and recommend mitigation measures.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.

• Monitor application performance and communicate any issues.

• Seek automation and process improvement opportunities.

Required experience and qualifications

⭐ Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience as a QA analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Expertise in API testing and performance/load testing (a plus).

• Good knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server and MySQL.

• Experience with automated test development (a plus).

• Bilingual (French and English).

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
