Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in customer service and administrative support for the account managers, ensuring the efficient management of the following tasks:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and escalating complex cases to senior levels.
Prepare necessary documents for client proposals, informational letters, and contracts, ensuring accuracy of information and following up with clients.
Actively participate in the branch’s marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, and preparing marketing communications.
Provide administrative support, including managing stationery orders, catering services, and welcoming suppliers and technicians.
Collaborate closely with account managers to achieve business development goals.
Required experience and qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a diploma in accounting, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of financial statement analysis is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with a good command of English.
Team spirit, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
