Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in customer service and administrative support for the account managers, ensuring the efficient management of the following tasks:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and escalating complex cases to senior levels.

  • Prepare necessary documents for client proposals, informational letters, and contracts, ensuring accuracy of information and following up with clients.

  • Actively participate in the branch’s marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, and preparing marketing communications.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing stationery orders, catering services, and welcoming suppliers and technicians.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers to achieve business development goals.

Required experience and qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a diploma in accounting, or a related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis is an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with a good command of English.

  • Team spirit, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
