Communications Project Agent

Job description

*Regular position
**35 hours per week (50% at the office and 50% teleworking)

Support the implementation of communications projects and activities by coordinating the logistical aspects of projects, including relationships with providers and internal resources, as well as ensuring compliance with budgets and deadlines. More specifically, you must:
• Receive requests from departments, gather the necessary information, and process them.
• Plan the logistical implementation of projects and coordinate the mandates assigned to internal and external resources.
• Monitor the quality of deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with service providers (graphic design, printing, audiovisual, etc.) and negotiate delivery terms.
• Maintain communications project tracking tools and suggest areas for improvement.
• Participate in project closure by contributing to data collection, reviews, and documentation of learnings.

Required experience and qualifications

• Technical college degree in a field relevant to the position (project management, administration, etc.).
• Three years of relevant project management experience in communications.
• Knowledge and understanding of First Nations cultures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of project management software.
• Excellent command of French and functional English (oral and written).

Salary
The gross annual salary ranges from $53,198.60 to $65,574.60 and varies according to the candidate’s experience.
