🎯 Description:
PJCCI is seeking a Communications Advisor to support internal and external communications, enhance the organization’s visibility, and assist teams in disseminating strategic and operational information. This full-time temporary position offers an innovative, collaborative work environment within a team dedicated to maintaining Quebec’s iconic transportation infrastructure.
✅ Responsibilities:
Provide advice and support to staff on internal and external communications.
Develop and implement internal and external communication plans and strategies.
Draft and distribute work notices, press releases, digital content, and internal documents.
Collaborate on advertising campaigns and social media strategies, and analyze their outcomes.
Monitor media and internal requests, and participate in digital platform oversight.
Create and produce print, graphic, digital, and video support tools.
Develop communication procedures and recommendations.
Assist the communications team in crisis management.
Perform other related duties as required.
💰 Salary: Based on experience
Required experience and qualifications
⭐ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing and coordinating communications activities.
Experience in both internal and external communications.
Excellent written French; English is an asset.
Strong verbal communication skills in both official languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with new technologies.
Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and crisis management skills.
