SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – Montreal East

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Account Manager who will leverage their interpersonal strengths and network to generate new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of existing clients.

Your main objective: To drive the success of entrepreneurs with sales between $3M and $25M by providing tailored financing solutions and advisory services.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

In a typical week, you will:

  • Meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to understand their business challenges, provide strategic advice, and identify the most suitable BDC solutions for their needs.
  • Execute your action plan aligned with the Business Centre’s objectives to ensure portfolio growth, client retention, and the acquisition of new business opportunities.
  • Analyze, negotiate, and present financing proposals while applying sound credit judgment.
  • Actively engage in the local business community by networking within various associations and chambers of commerce to develop relationships and generate new client referrals.

Required experience and qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✅ Do you have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial credit, business analysis, or business development?

✅ Are you known for providing valuable business advice and delivering outstanding customer service?
✅ Are you a team player who builds long-term, trusting relationships with peers, clients, and external partners?
