Permanent Position – 35 hours per week (50% in-office, 50% remote work)

Your Role as a Project Manager – Communications and Events

  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of CSSSPNQL’s organizational activities and events.

  • Act as the communications project manager for assigned projects.

  • Serve as the resource person for event organization within CSSSPNQL.

  • Coordinate and manage event logistics in collaboration with relevant sector stakeholders.

  • Participate in events and, when required, oversee execution, provide facilitation, and manage visual or audio recordings.

  • Maintain and update the organizational activities calendar, ensuring proper scheduling without conflicts.

  • Analyze requests and propose appropriate communication and event logistics tools.

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and report on the communication aspects of assigned projects.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships and service agreements with event suppliers.

  • Assist in updating the organization’s communication and event project tracking tool.

Required experience and qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing.

  • One to two years of relevant experience, particularly in event and communication project management.

  • Knowledge and understanding of First Nations cultures.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).

  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual starting salary: $56,365.40 to $69,414.80, based on experience.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
