Lawyer or Articling Student
Job description
• Articling for Barreau du Québec or position for young lawyer in Montreal for small, specialized firm;
• Indigenous law, as well as constitutional, environmental, energy, administrative;
• Fair remuneration and conditions, with some periods of intensive effort in team to complete mandates;
• Start: ASAP;

Required experience and qualifications
• Excellence in law (substantive and procedural), Common Law an asset;
• Familiarity with Indigenous rights, communities and governance;
• Studies/experience in other relevant fields (e.g. Indigenous studies, history, environmental sciences);
• French and English (written and spoken);
