Job description
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering a variety of information into a web-based platform developed by the FNHRDCQ. To ensure the quality of the data, the incumbent conducts thorough verifications to confirm its relevance, accuracy, and consistency prior to entry. Once validated, the information is entered into the database following a clear and well-structured classification system. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining data integrity by identifying and correcting any potential errors.
Required experience and qualifications
- Do you have strong proficiency with administrative tools?
- Are you able to type quickly and accurately?
- Are you familiar with best practices for managing confidential data?
- Are you known for your organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy and discretion?
- Do you have good oral and written communication skills in French and English?

- Do you have secretarial or administrative experience or training?
