Job description

The ALMASS Officer’s mandate is to assist communities in need of support related to the ALMASS software. The incumbent also performs various administrative tasks and may be called upon to perform other related duties as requested by the Information Technology (IT) Coordinator. 

Required experience and qualifications

  • Do you understand Quebec’s First Nations and Inuit realities well and want to contribute to their professional development? 
  • Are you comfortable working in a computerized environment? 
  • Do you have good customer service, problem-solving and administrative work skills? 
  • Are your organizational skills, attention to detail, patience, ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision some of the qualities that your colleagues and past employers appreciate about you? 
  • You may not have a lot of experience, but you have recently graduated in secretarial or administrative work?
