Job description
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for the management of the Commission’s human resources. To this end, the incumbent assists the executive director and managers in files related to human resources, and ensures a distinctive employer-employee experience at all stages of the employees’ professional life.
Required experience and qualifications
- Do you have a good knowledge of the various areas related to human resources management?
- Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
- Can you deal with complex situations and resolve them effectively?
- Do you have excellent organizational and time management skills?
- Do you want to work for an organization whose mission is the personal and professional development of First Nations?
- Are you fluent in French and in English?
- Do you have experience and a university degree in human resources management?
