Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSCs)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Why ETSCs?<\/strong>
Employment and Training Service Centres (ETSCs) were created to address the unique needs of First Nations and Inuit community members, whether they live in remote areas or in urban settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established through the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISET)<\/strong>, these centres play a vital role in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Supporting access to employment and training opportunities for First Nations and Inuit.
\u2022 Bridging employment and skills gaps between Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations.
\u2022 Assisting employers in integrating members of First Nations and Inuit communities into their workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
