🎯 Description:
Kativik Ilisarniliriniq, the school board responsible for providing educational services to the 14 communities of Nunavik, is seeking a School Organization Technician to support the planning and coordination of administrative operations related to school management. This key position ensures the smooth running of processes related to student registration, evaluation, and follow-up, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders in the education network.
✅ Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the preparation of class, exam, and school activity schedules.
Adapt and apply administrative procedures related to student registration, enrollment control, and academic certification.
Collect, analyze, and process data required for administrative operations.
Produce various reports using appropriate software (GRICS, GPI, SPI, JADE, Charlemagne, DASH).
Maintain up-to-date student records and ensure the accuracy of data transmitted to the Ministry.
Provide support and training to staff on procedures and tools in use.
Respond to information requests from staff, schools, and parents.
Coordinate or guide the work of less experienced technicians, as needed.
Perform any other related duties.
💰 Salary:
From $23.82 to $30.82 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
🕓 Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday — 35 hours per week.

Required experience and qualifications
⭐ Qualifications:
College diploma (DEC) in Business Administration Technology or a related field.
Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of GRICS software (GPI, SPI, JADE, Charlemagne) and DASH.
Proficiency in at least two (2) of the three languages used at Kativik Ilisarniliriniq (Inuktitut, French, or English).
Availability for frequent travel to Nunavik’s 14 communities.
Assets:
Knowledge of northern educational settings and Indigenous realities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, and professional rigor.
