Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity as a Receiver on a construction site? Join our team and support a Ministry of Transportation project in Val-d’Or. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Verify and manage delivery slips and work orders

• File various documents according to established procedures

• Update necessary records and enter data

• Verify invoices and track received quantities

• Collect weight tickets for all work paid by the ton

• Record the exact delivery location (chaining, mileage) and time of delivery

• Sign delivery tickets

• Complete timesheets accurately

Required experience and qualifications

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Must be available to work night shifts in Val-d’Or

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and vehicle is an asset

• Having an ASP Construction Safety Card is an asset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a field-based administrative role
