🎯 Job Description:
Reporting to the Administrative Assistant of General Administration, the Office Clerk receives visitors and phone calls, manages mail, performs data entry, and collects information from various departments or schools.
✅ Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
Direct visitors or calls to the appropriate department
Organize and distribute mail
Perform data entry and contact departments or schools to collect information
Perform other related duties as required
💰 Salary:
$24.29 – $25.32/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
Required experience and qualifications
⭐ Qualifications:
High school diploma (5e secondaire)
Bilingual in two of the three school board languages (French, English, Inuktitut)
Knowledge of the economic, social, and cultural context of Montreal and Nunavik
Proficient in Outlook and MS Word
Organizational skills
Knowledge of Kativik School Board
Ability to perform other related duties as required
