📌 Title: Hourly Instructor – English as a Second Language – Intermediate Level 2 (ALS)

🎯 Description:

Cégep Heritage College is seeking an hourly-paid instructor to join a dynamic team for a non-credit, in-person Intermediate Level 2 English as a Second Language (ESL) conversation course as part of the Continuing Education Department for Fall 2025.

✅ Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging ESL Intermediate Level 2 conversation classes.
Develop and distribute instructional materials.
Adapt course content to the needs and goals of adult learners.
Guide learners through a theme-based curriculum focused on listening and speaking.
Collaborate with the Continuing Education Business Services team.

💰 Salary: $50.00 per hour

📅 Course Schedule:

Start Date: November 4, 2025
End Date: December 11, 2025
Class Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Delivery Mode: In person at the main campus (325 Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, Gatineau, QC)

Required experience and qualifications

⭐ Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

A combination of relevant education or certifications and related industry experience.
A bachelor’s degree is not required but considered an asset.
Experience teaching adults is an asset.
